Introducing...

The newest Citizen to the United States of America! Yes, you heard it right folks. As of yesterday at 2:15pm. I am now a full fledged American! I can hardly believe it myself. I don't know what I'm going to do when I hit the border and don't get harassed like I have been EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE tried to enter the US from Canada! :::sigh::: You better believe I'll be voting for the first time in my life come November! Gary's very excited, for some reason, he was really stressing out about what nationality our children would actually be and this event has eased his fears. (I won't tell him that Canada will STILL consider them Canadian!)

Congratulations Tara!
I love that you naturalized. I love that you can have the best of both countries. It is really great having a U.S. passport to travel. I am glad you can vote now - everyone counts.
Love, Aunt Diane

That's so GREAT! It really is SO easy to travel with a US passport! And, I'm so proud that you are anxious to vote, good for you! I'm hoping we can figure that out over here!

It's also soooo easy to travel with a Canadian passport too! I think it's just a passport in general BUT I'm happy for you Tara. Life is great when you have the CHOICE as to what you want to do. Love this country...and CANADA and the choices we have because of where we live!
