While I'm in the mood to make confessions

I ate these. There, I said it.
I lasted about 45 days...and then broke down and had a few of these devine sweet potato fries when I went to lunch with Carol (I mention who I was with so you can put half the blame on HER!).

The purpose of my January goal theory worked perfectly, I think I'm cured and detoxed! There are really no cravings for fried foods. I have hardly eaten ANYTHING fried. These and a few chips with a serving of taco soup is about all I've consumed since the turning of a new year! Proud? Yes, I am too! (But if you ever hit Guru's on Center in Provo, be sure to order a small serving of these to try...they are quite tasty!)

Love the forced confession...but I am happy and won't repent! They ARE the best. And more healthy than the regular fries...of which I've found aren't worth the calories...no matter who fries 'em! Thanks for the memory...my stomach is growling now!

Some one else was telling me about these sweet potato fries. They mentioned that Costco sells them, and that they are heavenly. I guess I will have to try them. But congrats on making your goal so long. That in it self is a huge accomplishment I think.

I'm sure it feels better to get it off of your chest. That was some good will power though! Congrats on your goal, and you deserved a treat.
