A few pics from the BirthDAY. Gary wanted something with Green Chile for his Birthday Dinner so I made him Chicken Enchiladas with a little extra Green Chile. I made him an Angel Food Cake with whipping cream and strawberries. I don't know about Gary, but it was MY favorite and I couldn't even THINK about making something else!
Gary is just like his Dad and takes pictures of food (pretty sure I've mentioned this before) so here is a picture of his piece of cake.

Hang on....you made angel food cake and didn't invite me? Did you know it's my ALL TIME FAVORITE?! Sheesh...I'm gonna have to make one soon...and eat it all myself...Hmmm...I wonder how many calories that would be?
