OK, this place totally deserves a post of its very own. Bobcat Bite...we've heard about it for a while now and just haven't made the trip to Santa Fe to go until now. We had to go for some work stuff and decided to make a date out of it. Our friends, the Bangerters, decided to meet us up there for the occasion (they've been wanting to go too). Bobcat Bite is this super duper small little hometown diner type place. There are FIVE tables inside and four on the front porch. Their meat is ground fresh daily and is SO yummy! This place has been voted best burger from various magazines and news papers. I TOTALLY believe it!
Let's just say, it did not disappoint!
If you like a good burger, this joint is it! My only complaint is the fries. There is room for improvement in that category.
So would someone please come visit us so we can have an excuse to go back? I'm already craving.

No kidding about the fries! They look more like hashbrowns. Is the burger as good as Peters in Calgary??? We might go there next week!
Yeah, we need to come back and eat one of those burgers, for sure!
